What is Event Space Rental?

You can hold an event using one of the three room sets.

Full Resort Rental

If you’d like to host an event using all three room sets, you can rent out the entire resort.
※You can also choose to use just two room sets, if preferred.

How to make a reservation request

Overview of Activities

For Room Set Rental

Maximum Capacity	Up to 20 people per room set.
Rental Fee	The room charge for that day. For pricing on each room, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Additional Charges	1-6 people: 　Included in the rental fee 7 or more people: 　 1,000 yen per person
Volume Rule	Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise levels to a minimum. Loud music or voices that can be heard by guests in other rooms are prohibited.
Scope of Use	Only specific areas of the room set may be used.

For Full Resort Charter

Maximum Capacity	Capacity is flexible; please contact us for consultation.
Rental Fee	Total accommodation charges for all three room sets for the day. For pricing on each room, please contact us via the inquiry form.
Additional Charges	19 or more people: 　 1,000 yen per person
Volume Rule	No volume limit.
Scope of Use	There are no restrictions within the entire resort area.
Optional Add-Ons	If you have a schedule that allows installation and removal, the Star Tent is available for events in rainy weather at the additional fee of 50,000 yen. Please contact us via the inquiry form to check if the Star Tent can be set up on your desired date.

※For safety reasons, children under 10 years old are not permitted to use the facilities, even if they are not staying overnight.

We recommend coordinating with your wedding planner or other partners to confirm everything in one visit.

How to Make a Reservation

When using Event Space Rental, please check the following before making a reservation.

Follow these steps to make a reservation:
①Make a reservation through the booking system, as you would for a regular accommodation booking.
②Send an email to the inquiry address with details stating that the reservation is for "Space Rental."

As the facility is located at a high altitude, all visitors are required to sign a disclaimer consent form. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Each room has a fixed capacity. Entering or exiting rooms without permission by anyone other than the checked-in guest is prohibited by the Accommodation Law.
Please refrain from entering the room before check-in.
There is no separate waiting room, so please arrive at your scheduled check-in time.
Please adhere to the designated check-out time.
If cleaning beyond the usual scope is required, additional cleaning charges will apply.
For "one set of room" rentals, please be mindful of sound levels and privacy to ensure the comfort of other guests.
