Accommodation and Payment

Can I stay at Bamboo Tree House for one night?

You can stay for more than 2 nights.

Is it possible for people under 10 to stay and visit at their own risk?

We are very sorry, but we do not allow children under the age of 10 to stay and visit for safety reasons.
Since the guest rooms and moving lines in the accommodation are located at high altitudes, it is an agreement that puts everyone's safety first. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Is it possible to check in early?

Cleaning takes until check-in time, so if you arrive early, you will have to wait on the riverside. Thank you for your understanding.

Is it possible to visit only?

Visits are not allowed, but those who do body treatment can come without accommodation.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

The times are as follows:

※At Treeful, check-ins after 7:00 PM will be considered late check-ins, and guests will be required to pay a late check-in fee of ¥3,300.

Can I extend the check-out time?

Late checkout is available for an additional fee of 3,300 yen.

What are the payment methods available?

  • For accommodation reservations, full payment is required in advance online.
  • You can enter your credit card information on the booking site to complete your reservation.
  • Charges for dinner and activities, including any additional services, will be paid at check-out.

Is it possible to pay after my stay?

For accommodation reservations, full payment is required in advance. Please refer to the terms and conditions page for information on refunds and the cancellation policy.

I would like to change my expected arrival time on the day of my stay. What should I do?

  • Please arrive by 19:00, as the forest road becomes dark after sunset, increasing the risk of accidents.
  • If you book a fireside dinner, check-in is required by 6 o'clock. If you anticipate arriving later than the estimated check-in time confirmed in your reservation email, please contact us below at he day of your arrival.

  • If you do not notify us and fail to check in by 19:00, the hotel facilities may be closed and you will not be allowed to enter.
    In that case, cancellation fees will apply, so please understand.
  • If you do not use fireside, late check-in is possible until 8:00 pm

Can you provide details about the cancellation fees?

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees are as follows:

Up to 8 days before arrival Full refund
2 to 7 days before arrival: 50% refund
1 day before arrival or on the arrival day No refund
Counting of days: The day before your arrival is counted as "1 day before," and the standard time used is Japan Standard Time.

Special Circumstances for Waiving Cancellation Fees

  1. If a special warning equivalent to Level 3 or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Nago City on the day of check-in.
  2. If the train or airplane planned for use on the day of check-in is exempt from cancellation fees due to natural disasters.
  3. If it is physically impossible to reach the hotel due to closure of highways or major national roads on the day of check-in.

Cancellation Policy for Dinner Orders

For cancellations, the following charges will apply based on the total amount of the dinner order:

The day before the dinner 50% of the total amount
- On the day of the dinner: 100% of the total amount
  • If the tree full staff determines that fireside is not possible due to weather such as strong winds and rain, we will provide ingredients and cook indoors.
  • Even if fireside is not possible due to the weather, it will not be possible to cancel the fireside dinner on the day.
  • The bonfire dinner is limited to the first 3 groups per day, so please order from the Google form listed in the Accommodation reservation confirmation email or contact us at [email protected].

Can I stay with my pet?

*Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the resort due to damage to equipment, indoor hygiene management, and consideration for other guests staying at the resort. We are very sorry, but in the unlikely event that you bring your pet contrary to the above policy, we will charge you 55,000 yen immediately as a special cleaning fee.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in order to make you feel comfortable.

Is there a curfew?

Please check the check-in time; otherwise, there are no specific restrictions.

Is Wi-Fi available in the rooms?

Yes, it is available for free.

Can you tell me about the room's amenities and facilities?

Each room has different amenities, so please check the room amenities page.

In order to avoid disposables as part of our sustainability efforts, we provide the following:

Free Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap
For a fee: Toothbrush and toothpaste

How many people can be used per room or set?

Set reservations for tree house and aero house are available for up to 6 people per set, and Bamboo Tree House is available for up to 2 people per set.

Is it possible to use a wheelchair?

Currently, wheelchair access is not available.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

You can bring your dinner ingredients and drinks, and eat and drink outside the resort's restaurant, Fireside. The nearest restaurant or convenience store is about a 30-minute drive from the resort. You can use the kitchen inside the Aero House for your meals. If you wish to eat and drink on a fireside, you will need to rent a fireside for 15,000 yen (tax included) including cooking equipment rental.

About Alcohol

We have a menu of alcohol that can be purchased at a fireside dinner. If you bring your own liquor in the fireside or the guest room at our resort's restaurant, you will be charged as follows.

Can I book a taxi?

Due to the rugged forest roads leading to Treeful Treehouse, we recommend using a local taxi company familiar with the area.

*Treefull and taxi companies are operated separately, so please make your own reservation and check the details. Please refer to the following information and contact each taxi company for the latest information.

*Highers may be more expensive than regular taxis. If you would like a regular taxi from another company, we recommend that you search by the search engine and make a reservation after confirming that the car can run the forest road of Nago Gengawa.

Event Space Rental

Is it permissible to use photos taken during space rental?

Guests are free to use invitations, online invitations, and treeful photos on wedding albums.
Please feel free to use photos from our official website and social media.

Can I visit the location before space rental?

You are allowed to visit the location for a space rental preview up to a maximum of two times.
We recommend coordinating with your wedding planner or other partners to confirm everything in one visit.

Can I do river trekking while renting the space?

For guests using the space, river trekking is available with a maximum of six participants, including the photography staff, for each session.

Can I use the sauna?

You can use the waterfall pot sauna.

You can use the sauna at the following rates and times:

We do not accept sauna reservations for visitors other than guests.

Can I use catering services?

In addition to what you bring, please contact the rental company or food catering company directly for arranging the following items required for the event.

  • Table
  • Chair
  • Any additional equipments such as yoga mats
  • Food including caterings

Please have the event organizers coordinate directly with the service providers for both the delivery and removal.

In addition, please contact and consult in advance about the time of import and removal and the storage area.

Can I use a fireside dinner?

Yes, it can be arranged for groups of up to 18 people.

Are there any items I need to bring?

It is the same as the iitems you should bring when staying at our hotel.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to bring the following:

  • Shoes suitable for river trekking *1
  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Long-sleeve shirts and long pants that can get wet or dirty
  • Long socks
  • Gloves for handling rocks and grass

Is it possible to bring food and drinks?

You can bring your own food and drinks to the Party Deck, our on-site restaurant, but a BYO charge will apply. However, you are free to eat and drink in other areas.

Are there any age restrictions?

For safety reasons, children under 10 years old are not permitted to use the facilities, even if they are not staying overnight.

Can I bring a charcoal fire?

It is forbidden to bring your own charcoal fire.

Is there parking available?

Including street parking around the Treeful facility, we can accommodate up to 60 vehicles.

Sauna

How do I use the sauna?

You can use the waterfall pot sauna.

Is there a usage fee?

During a single stay, one group of up to 6 guests can use the facility for the following fees:

First time: ¥22,000 (tax included) for every 3 hours
From the second time onward: ¥4,400 (tax included) for every 3 hours

Activities

Can I use the activities without a stay?

Body treatment, Yambaru Unbelievable-View Tour is available without Accommodation reservation. Also, if your friends are staying, you can only participate in fireside dinner even if you do not have a plan to stay.
