- Cancellations made within 4 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
- Counting of days: the day before the tour is considered one day prior, using Japanese Standard Time.
- If the tour guide determines that the tour cannot be conducted on the day due to severe weather, cancellation fees will not apply.
