※Please come directly to the meeting place.
※The distance between the tour venue and our resort Treeful Treehouse is about 30 minutes by car.
※If you are staying at the tree full and are using the tour before check-in, please go directly to the meeting place and come to the resort after the tour ends.

Start time: It will be held around 9:00 in the morning at tide level 60cm or more.
Time required: About 2 hours
We will inform you of the tour time after your participation request.
- About pick-up

Please note that we do not provide pick-up service from the resort to the tour venue.
After the tour, pick-up of up to 4 people is included to the next point. (From December 1, 2013)

A kayak, paddle, life jacket and water rescue qualification guide will be accompanied by up to 4 people after the tour ends (from December 1st, 2015)

Towels, changing clothes (necessary after the end), long sleeves, long pants recommended (because there are many mosquitoes on the beach)

- Cancellation policy

- Free cancellation up to 8 days before the tour date.
- If you cancel 7 days before the tour date, you will be charged 50%.
- 100% will be charged for bookings cancelled after 4 days before the tour date.
- Counting of days: the day before the tour is considered one day prior, using Japanese Standard Time.
Tour Special Free Cancellation Policy- In rainy weather
- When wind speed is 4m or more and wave height is 1.5 or more.
- When weather warning is out
- When thunder is ringing
- In addition, when the guide determines that the kayak tour is not safe even if the wind speed and wave height are below the standard value.
