Terms Accommodation Terms and Conditions Cancellation Policy

About reservations

Reservations are accepted only from guests who agree to the following terms and conditions. Please be sure to review them carefully.

Check-in/check-out

  • The Check-in times is as follows. Please arrive by 19:00, as the forest road becomes dark after sunset, increasing the risk of accidents.
  • If you book a fireside dinner, check-in is required by 6 o'clock. If you expect to arrive later than the estimated check-in time provided in your reservation confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • If you do not notify us and fail to check in by 19:00, the hotel facilities may be closed and you will not be allowed to enter.
    ※In that case, cancellation fees will apply, so please understand.
  • If you do not use fireside, late check-in is possible until 8:00 pm (Late check-in fee: ¥3,300 including tax)
※Please note that during the additional hour for late check-out, only the Aero House will be available for use.

Terms and conditions

  • Guests under the age of 9 are not permitted to enter or stay at the resort.
  • Guests aged 10 and older may stay but are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • The maximum group size, including children, is 6 people. Any group exceeding this limit will incur a penalty fee of ¥55,000 per additional person.

Terms and Conditions for Event Space Rental

  • The check-in/check-out procedures and regulations are the same as those for overnight stays.
    Please review them carefully before making a reservation.
  • Follow these steps to make a reservation:
    ①Make a reservation through the booking system, as you would for a regular accommodation booking.
    ②Send an email to the inquiry address with details stating that the reservation is for "Space Rental."

Dinner Check In / Check Out

  • The final reception of the fireside dinner reservation will be the day before the accommodation date.
  • If you book a fireside dinner, you must check in by 18:00. The table below shows the start time and end time of fireside dinner.
  • In consideration of other guests, we kindly ask that all guests refrain from eating or drinking outside their reserved Treehouse or Aero House after 9:00 PM. Please enjoy your food and drinks within your designated accommodation.

Dinner Terms of Service

  • The party deck where you can enjoy charcoal dinner is the restaurant space of our resort. Enjoy Meals while enjoying the sound of the forest.
  • Please refrain from using speakers on the party deck because it is a communal space available for guests in other rooms.
  • If the tree full staff determines that fireside is not possible due to weather such as strong winds and rain, we will provide ingredients and cook indoors.

Important Notes on Dinner Reservations

  • An automatic email will be sent after your reservation is confirmed, which includes a survey link regarding your stay details. We kindly ask that you complete the survey by 7 days prior to your check-in date.
  • Please note that if your responses are submitted less than 4 days before your stay, we may not be able to accommodate your requests for dinner or activities. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

Accommodation Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation fees are as follows:
Up to 8 days before arrival Full refund
2 to 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount
1 day before arrival or on the arrival day No refund
※ Counting of days: The day before your arrival is considered "1 day prior," and the standard time will be based on Japan Standard Time (JST).

Special Circumstances for Waiving Accommodation Cancellation Fees

  • If a special warning equivalent to Level 3 or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Nago City on the day of check-in.
  • If the train or airplane planned for use on the day of check-in is exempt from cancellation fees due to natural disasters.
  • If it is physically impossible to reach the hotel due to closure of highways or major national roads on the day of check-in.

Activity Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation fees will be charged based on Japan Standard Time. Please refer to the details page of each reserved activity for the specific fees applicable.

  • Cancellation fees will be waived if it is determined that the activity cannot be held due to typhoons, heavy rain, strong winds, or other severe weather conditions.
  • The cancellation policy for space rentals is the same as the cancellation policy for accommodations.

Cancellation Policy for Dinner Orders

  • For cancellations, the following charges will apply based on the total amount of the dinner order:
The day before the dinner 50% of the total amount
On the day of the dinner 100% of the total amount

Privacy Policy

 

Treeful Treehouse Sustainable Resort (hereinafter referred to as "the Hotel"), operated and owned by Tree Full Co., Ltd., acknowledges its social responsibility as a company handling personal information (as defined in Article 2 of the Personal Information Protection Act) and specific personal information (as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 8 of the My Number Act) (collectively referred to as "Personal Information"). In order to comply with the laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, as well as other applicable laws, guidelines, and relevant directives (hereinafter referred to as "Laws and Regulations"), the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") has been established.

1.Compliance with laws and regulations

The Hotel shall comply with the "Personal Information Protection Act" (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act"), the "Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures" (hereinafter referred to as the "My Number Act"), and other relevant laws, guidelines, and this privacy policy regarding the handling of personal information, etc. Furthermore, unless otherwise specified in this privacy policy, the definitions of terms in this privacy policy shall follow the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act and other relevant laws.

2.Acquisition of Personal Information, etc.

  1. The Hotel shall acquire personal information, etc., through appropriate and fair means, and except in cases where exceptions are permitted by law, shall clearly express or publicly announce the purpose of use to the customer in advance, or promptly notify or publicly announce it after acquisition. For the purposes of use that are publicly announced in advance, please refer to the "Purpose of Use" defined in the next section.

(2) The scope of personal information, etc., acquired by the Hotel shall not exceed what is necessary to achieve the purpose of use.

(3) When the Hotel acquires sensitive personal information, the Hotel shall obtain the customer's consent in advance, except in cases where exceptions are permitted by law.

3.Personal Information to be acquired and Its purpose of use

The Hotel will use the personal information acquired from customers in accordance with the purposes of use as outlined in the table below.

  1. To contact customers via mail, phone, email, fax, and other means related to the use of the Hotel.
  2. To provide information regarding the products and services offered by the Hotel.
  3. For internal business promotion purposes, such as managing usage status (including providing to third parties with consent and providing in connection with outsourcing).
  4. To conduct analysis for the improvement of the Hotel's services and products.
  5. To provide information regarding the Hotel's services and products.
  6. For other purposes that are similar to or closely related to the above purposes.

4.Security Management Measures

The Hotel strives to maintain the accuracy and meticulousness of customers' personal information and will implement necessary and appropriate security management measures to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, leakage, loss, and damage. The security management measures taken by the Hotel include the following:

・Formulation of Basic Policy

A basic policy has been established regarding compliance with relevant laws and guidelines to ensure the proper handling of personal information and the establishment of inquiry channels.

・Development of Regulations Related to Personal Information Handling

Internal regulations regarding the handling methods at each stage, such as acquisition, use, storage, provision, and disposal, have been established.

・Organizational Security Management Measures

A person in charge of handling personal information has been appointed, and a reporting and communication system has been established for cases of leakage or other incidents.

・Human Resource Security Management Measures

Matters concerning the proper handling of personal information are included in the employment regulations, and regular training sessions are conducted.

・Physical Security Management Measures

We have established rules for carrying equipment, electronic media, etc. that handle personal information. In addition, we limit the location where personal information is stored, and implement measures such as locking and entry / exit restrictions.

・Technical Security Management Measures

Access to personal information is controlled, and access is limited to authorized employees. Furthermore, systems are in place to prevent unauthorized access from external sources.

5.Supervision of Delegates

The Hotel may delegate all or part of the handling of personal information within the scope of the purpose of use for operations conducted at the Hotel. In such cases, the Hotel will select entities recognized as capable of handling personal information appropriately and will properly stipulate matters related to safety management, confidentiality, conditions for subcontracting, and other aspects of personal information handling in the delegation contract. The Hotel will also implement necessary and appropriate supervision of these delegates.

6.Provision to Third Parties

The Hotel will not provide the personal information acquired to third parties without obtaining the customer's prior consent, except in the following cases or when disclosure is permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act and other laws:

  1. When required by law.

(2)When it is necessary to provide personal data to protect the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved.

(3)When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of the sound development of children, and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person involved.

(4)When it is necessary to cooperate with national agencies, local public bodies, or their delegates in the execution of duties prescribed by law, and obtaining consent from the person involved may hinder the execution of those duties.

7.Joint Use

The Hotel may jointly use personal information entrusted by customers within the scope of the purpose of use in order to provide comprehensive services among the Hotel group companies.

  1. Scope of Joint Users

The Hotel and Hotel group companies.

(2)Purpose of Joint Use

The same as stated in "3. Purpose of Use" in this policy.

(3) Items of Personal Data to Be Jointly Used

Name, address, date of birth, phone number, and other information necessary for the purposes of joint use mentioned above (2).

8.Retention Period

The Hotel shall establish a retention period for customers' personal information, etc., within the scope necessary for the purpose of use, and will promptly delete customers' personal information, etc., after the retention period has expired or the purpose of use has been achieved. However, this does not apply in the following cases:

  1. When it must be retained based on legal provisions.

(2)When there is consent from the customer.

9.Disclosure of Personal Information

When a customer requests the disclosure of personal information, etc., based on the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Hotel will confirm that the request is from the customer and will disclose the information without delay (if the personal information, etc., does not exist, the Hotel will notify the customer of this) 。 However, this does not apply if the Hotel is not obligated to disclose the information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws. If you wish to request the disclosure of personal information, please contact the Hotel's inquiry desk, as you will need to follow the procedures established by the Hotel.

10.Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. If a customer requests correction of their personal information on the grounds that it is inaccurate, or requests suspension of use of their personal information on the grounds that it is being handled beyond the purpose of use that has been publicly announced, the Hotel will confirm that the request is from the customer and will conduct the necessary investigation without delay. Based on the results of this investigation, the Hotel will correct the content of the personal information, etc., or suspend its use and notify the customer accordingly. If the Hotel decides not to make corrections or suspend use based on reasonable grounds, the Hotel will notify the customer of this decision. If you wish to request correction or suspension of use of your personal information, please contact the Hotel's inquiry desk, as you will need to follow the procedures established by the Hotel.
  2. If a customer requests the deletion of their personal information and the Hotel determines that it is necessary to comply with this request, the Hotel will confirm that the request is from the customer and will delete the personal information, etc., and notify the customer accordingly. If you wish to request deletion of your personal information, please contact the Hotel's inquiry desk, as you will need to follow the procedures established by the Hotel.
  3. The provisions of the preceding two paragraphs do not apply if the Hotel is not obligated to make corrections or suspend use under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws.

11.Procedures for Changes to the Privacy Policy

The Hotel will review and improve the handling of customer information as necessary in response to amendments to the Personal Information Protection Act, My Number Act, and other laws. The Hotel may change this policy as needed. If changes are made, customers will be notified. However, if the changes require customer consent under the law, the Hotel will obtain consent from customers in the manner prescribed by the Hotel.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

Article 1(Scope of Application, etc.)

  • The accommodation contracts concluded between the Hotel and the guests, as well as related agreements, shall be governed by the provisions of these terms and conditions. Matters not stipulated in these terms shall be governed by laws and generally established customs.
  • If the Hotel agrees to special provisions within the limits of laws and customs, such special provisions shall take precedence over the preceding provisions.
  • For the calculation of periods, the day before the scheduled accommodation date shall be counted as one day prior, and the standard time shall be Japan Standard Time.
  • Guests who have not reached the age of 10 on the first day of the scheduled accommodation date are not permitted to stay or reside at the Hotel.

Article 2(Application for Accommodation Contract)

  • Persons wishing to apply for an accommodation contract (check-in) at the Hotel must provide the following information to the Hotel:
    ・Guest name
    ・Accommodation date and expected arrival time
    ・Accommodation fee (generally based on the basic accommodation fee in Appendix 1)
    ・Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel
  • If a guest requests to extend their stay beyond the accommodation date specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph during their stay, the Hotel will treat this request as an application for a new accommodation contract at the time the request is made.
  • The maximum capacity of the Hotel, including children, is 6 persons per group. If it is discovered that more persons than agreed upon in the accommodation contract are staying without notice, the Hotel may terminate the accommodation contract pursuant to Article 7 and may charge the guest a fee of 50,000 yen plus applicable taxes for each person exceeding the agreed-upon number.
  • Guests are requested to inform the Hotel of their preferred method of arrival to the resort, and if arriving by plane, the flight number and arrival time at the time of reservation. Guests wishing to reserve our affiliated taxi service should also contact the Hotel after making a reservation.
  • In principle, check-in will be accepted after 3:00 PM. Additionally, the necessity for dinner should be communicated to the Hotel at least 7 days prior to the first day of the scheduled accommodation.

Article 3(Establishment of Accommodation Contract, etc.)

  • An accommodation contract shall be established when the Hotel accepts the application set forth in the preceding article. However, this does not apply if the Hotel proves that it did not accept the application.
  • When an accommodation contract is established in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the guest shall pay to the Hotel, at the time of reservation, a deposit (total accommodation fee) specified by the Hotel, up to the basic accommodation fee for the entire duration of the stay.
  • The deposit shall first be applied toward the accommodation fee that the guest is ultimately required to pay, and in the event that the provisions of Article 6 and Article 18 are applicable, it shall be applied in the order of compensation for damages due to breach of contract. If there is a remaining balance, it will be refunded upon payment of the fee in accordance with the provisions of Article 12.
  • If the deposit specified in the preceding paragraph is not paid by the time of online reservation as stipulated in that paragraph, the accommodation contract shall lose its effect. If the accommodation contract is canceled in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 and the cancellation occurs more than 8 days before the first day of the scheduled accommodation, the deposit shall be fully refunded to the guest. If the cancellation occurs between 2 to 7 days before the first day of the scheduled accommodation, 50% of the deposit shall be refunded. If the cancellation occurs on the day before or on the day of the scheduled accommodation, the deposit shall not be refunded to the guest. In this paragraph, the day before the expected arrival date is counted as one day prior, and the standard time is Japan Standard Time.

Article 4(Special Provision Regarding Exemption from Deposit Payment)

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, the Hotel may agree to a special provision that exempts the guest from paying the deposit after the establishment of the contract.
  • When the Hotel accepts the application for accommodation and does not request the deposit payment as set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article, or does not specify the payment deadline for the deposit, it shall be treated as having agreed to the special provision stated in the preceding paragraph.

Article 5(Refusal to Conclude Accommodation Contract)

The Hotel may refuse to conclude an accommodation contract in the following cases:

  1. When the application for accommodation is not made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
  2. When there are no available rooms due to full occupancy.
  3. When it is recognized that the person intending to stay may engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals in relation to accommodation.
  4. When the person intending to stay falls under any of the following:
    (i) A gang as defined in Article 2, Item 2 of the Act on Prevention of Unjust Acts by Organized Crime Group Members (Law No. 77 of 1991), referred to as "gangs," or a gang member as defined in Article 2, Item 6 of the same law, referred to as "gang members," quasi-gang members, or other anti-social forces. Gangsters prescribed in Article 2, Item 6 of the same Article (hereinafter referred to as "gangsters") Squasi-members of gangsters, gangsters, and other antisocial forces
    (ii) Corporations or organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime or organized crime members.
    (iii) Corporations that have individuals among their executives who are recognized as organized crime members.
  5. When the person intending to stay has engaged in behavior that significantly disturbs other guests.
  6. When the person intending to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
  7. When violent demands are made concerning accommodation, or if the guest is asked to bear a burden beyond a reasonable scope.
  8. When the Hotel is unable to accommodate the guest due to natural disasters, facility failures, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 6( Right of the Guest to Cancel the Contract)

  • The guest may request the cancellation of the accommodation contract with the Hotel.
  • The guest must pay the designated cancellation fee unless the Hotel agrees to the cancellation. However, this does not apply if the cancellation is made more than 8 days prior to the first day of the planned stay.
  • In cases where the guest cancels all or part of the accommodation contract due to reasons attributable to the guest (except when the Hotel has specified a payment deadline for the application fee in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Item 2, and the guest cancels the accommodation contract before that payment), the Hotel will impose a penalty fee as specified in the attached table. However, if the Hotel has accepted the special provisions of Article 4, Item 1, the obligation to pay the penalty fee when the guest cancels the accommodation contract will only apply if the Hotel has notified the guest of this obligation when agreeing to the special provisions. If the guest has not arrived by 20:00 on the day of accommodation (or if a specific arrival time has been provided in advance, three hours after that time), the Hotel may consider the accommodation contract to be canceled by the guest.
  • Special Circumstances for Waiving Cancellation Fees
    1.If a special warning equivalent to Level 3 or higher is issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency for Nago City on the day of check-in.
    2.If the train or airplane planned for use on the day of check-in is exempt from cancellation fees due to natural disasters.
    3.If it is physically impossible to reach the hotel due to closure of highways or major national roads on the day of check-in.

Article 7(Right of the Hotel to Cancel the Contract)

  • When the guest falls under any of the following categories:
  1. When the guest is likely to engage in acts that violate laws, public order, or good morals in relation to accommodation, or has been recognized to have engaged in such acts.
  2. When the guest falls under any of the following categories:
    (i) Members of organized crime groups, individuals associated with organized crime, quasi-members of organized crime, or other anti-social forces.
    (ii) Corporations or organizations whose business activities are controlled by organized crime or organized crime members.
    (iii) Corporations that have individuals among their executives who are recognized as organized crime members.
  3. When the guest engages in behavior that causes significant nuisance to other guests, such as creating excessive noise in the evening or at night.
  4. When the guest is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
  5. When violent demands are made concerning accommodation, or if the guest is asked to bear a burden beyond a reasonable scope.
  6. When the guest cannot be accommodated due to reasons arising from natural disasters or other force majeure events.
  7. When the guest violates the Hotel's rules, such as smoking in bedrooms, vandalizing fire safety equipment, or any other prohibited acts defined by the Hotel's regulations (limited to those necessary for fire prevention). When you don't follow.
  8. When it is found that the number of guests staying exceeds the number agreed upon in the accommodation contract.
  • When the Hotel cancels the accommodation contract based on the provisions of the previous paragraph, the Hotel will not charge for accommodation services not yet provided to the guest.
Note: The Tree Full Tree House reserves the right to immediately cancel reservations under the following conditions:

*If you sublet (or pass on) the property you have rented. The number of people staying at the hotel must be the same as the one confirmed in the reservation. Additional guests may require a request.
※Although up to six guests can normally be accommodated, there is a charge of 55,000 yen per additional guest per night without prior approval. If unconfirmed guests are found to be staying at the resort, the resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
*The Treeful Tree House allows guests with pets, but pets are not permitted in the guest rooms.
Bringing pets into the rooms is prohibited as it can lead to damage or soiling of the furnishings, and in the event that a pet is brought indoors, a cleaning fee of 55,000 yen will be charged.
Currently, pets are allowed outdoors at a fee of 15,000 yen per pet.
*All guests are requested to respect the property and privacy of neighbors and refrain from excessive noise between 10PM and 8:00 AM. No loud parties are allowed late at night.
* The Hotel is not responsible for personal items lost or forgotten on the resort's premises.

Article 8: Registration of Guests

  • On the day of their stay, guests must register the following information at the Hotel's front desk:
  1. Guest's name, age, gender, address, and occupation.
  2. For foreign guests: nationality, passport number, port of entry, and date of entry.
  3. Departure date and scheduled departure time.
  4. Other matters deemed necessary by the Hotel

Article 9: Room Usage Hours

  • Guests may use the guest rooms of the Hotel from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM the following day. However, in the case of continuous stays, guests may use the room all day except for the arrival and departure dates. Additionally, guests may extend the usage time (checkout time) until noon by paying 3,300 yen plus the applicable consumption tax.
  • Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the Hotel may accommodate requests for room usage outside of the specified hours. In such cases, the following additional charges will apply. Room fee equivalent shall be 70% of the basic accommodation fee.
For up to 3 hours beyond the specified time: one-third of the room rate.
For up to 6 hours beyond the specified time: one-half of the room rate.
For more than 6 hours beyond the specified time: the full room rate.

Article 10: Compliance with Usage Rules

  • Guests are required to adhere to the usage rules established by the Hotel, which are displayed within the Hotel premises.

Article 11: Business Hours

  • The main facilities and services of this Hotel have the following operating hours. Detailed operating hours for other facilities will be provided in brochures, posted notices, and the service directory within guest rooms.

  • The hours mentioned above may be temporarily changed due to necessary or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, appropriate notice will be provided.

Article 12: Payment of Fees

  • The breakdown of the accommodation fees that the guest is required to pay shall be as specified in Appendix Table 1.
  • The payment of the aforementioned accommodation fees shall be made in currency or by means of traveler's checks, accommodation vouchers, credit cards, or other methods approved by the hotel, at the front desk either upon the guest's departure or when requested by the hotel.
  • Even if the hotel provides the guest with a room and it becomes available for use, the accommodation fees will still be charged if the guest chooses not to stay.

Article 13: Hotel's Responsibility

  • The hotel shall compensate for any damages incurred by the guest due to the performance or non-performance of the accommodation contract and related agreements. However, this does not apply if the damages are not attributable to the hotel's fault.
  • The hotel has taken out liability insurance for inns to address potential incidents such as fires.

Article 14: Handling When the Contracted Room Cannot Be Provided

  • If the hotel is unable to provide the contracted room to a guest, it will make every effort to arrange alternative accommodations under similar conditions with the guest's consent.
  • Notwithstanding the previous clause, if the hotel is unable to arrange alternative accommodations, it will pay the guest a compensation amount equivalent to the cancellation fee, which will be applied towards any damages. However, if the inability to provide the room is not due to the hotel's fault, no compensation will be paid.

Article 15: Handling of Deposited Items

  • If a guest entrusts items, cash, or valuables to the front desk and damages such as loss or destruction occurs, the hotel will compensate for the damage unless it is due to force majeure. However, for cash and valuables, if the hotel has requested the guest to declare their type and value and the guest fails to do so, the hotel’s compensation for any loss is limited to 100,000 yen. For items, cash, or valuables brought into the hotel that are not entrusted to the front desk, if loss or damage occurs due to the hotel’s intent or negligence, the hotel will compensate for that damage. However, for items for which the guest did not declare the type and value in advance, compensation is limited to 100,000 yen unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of the hotel.

Article 16: Storage of Guests' Luggage and Belongings

  • If a guest's luggage arrives at the hotel prior to their stay, the hotel will be responsible for storing it only if the hotel acknowledges its arrival beforehand. The luggage will be handed over to the guest upon check-in at the front desk.
  • If a guest's luggage or belongings are left behind after checkout and the owner is identified, the hotel will contact the owner and seek their instructions. However, if there are no instructions from the owner or if the owner cannot be identified, the hotel will store the items for seven days from the date they are discovered, after which they will be handed over to the nearest police station.
  • The hotel's responsibility for the storage of guests' luggage or belongings in the above cases will be in accordance with the provisions outlined in the previous article regarding the hotel's obligations and limitations of liability.

Article 17: Responsibility for Parking

  • When guests use the hotel's parking lot, the hotel provides only the space for parking, regardless of whether the vehicle keys are deposited. The hotel does not assume responsibility for the management of the vehicle. However, if damages occur due to the hotel's intentional actions or negligence in managing the parking area, the hotel shall be responsible for compensation.

Article 18: Responsibility of Guests

  • If the hotel incurs any damage due to the intentional or negligent actions of a guest, that guest shall be liable to compensate the hotel for the incurred damages.

Article 19: Other Important Matters

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol brought into the fireside area, which is a restaurant inside the tree full, costs 2,500 yen per person. Soft drinks to the fireside area are prohibited. Guests can bring drinks freely into the Aerohouse.

Cleaning Policy

In line with its sustainable resort concept, the hotel does not exchange linens or towels during a guest's stay. If guests require new linens or towels, they should inform the staff.

Hot Water Usage

The hotel uses an eco-cute water heater that heats water using surplus electricity from the night. Guests can use approximately 450 liters of hot water per day. This system utilizes heat from the air via a heat pump unit, storing hot water in a tank. The eco-cute system is designed to be energy-efficient and uses renewable energy.

Payment System

Guests must prepay the basic accommodation fee using a credit card online. Guests can also make purchases of souvenirs in the hotel using a credit card.

Non-Smoking Policy, Damage, and Lost Items

The entire treehouse resort is a designated non-smoking area. Please use the designated smoking zones. Smoking in rooms or resort areas is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and other electronic smoking devices. If evidence of smoking is found indoors or in restricted areas, a 55,000 yen penalty plus applicable tax will apply. Additionally, guests are liable for damages caused by smoking, misuse of BBQ facilities, or other actions leading to fires or property damage.

Guest Responsibility and Facility Care

Guests must handle all rooms, facilities, and furnishings with care. Any damage to rooms, buildings, or equipment should be reported to hotel staff immediately, and guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs. Damages may include repair fees, equipment costs, and travel expenses for replacements.

The damages set forth in this section include repair costs, equipment costs, and actual costs of round-trip taxi fares to stores where equipment is reprocured.
The Hotel will check the condition of the hotel's rooms, buildings and all facilities and furniture after the guest has checked out until another guest has checked in. If any damage to the Hotel specified in this section is found, the Hotel will request the Guest to compensate for such damage.

If guests notice pre-existing damage upon arrival, they should notify hotel staff immediately.

Disclaimer

The hotel does not accept or store delivered luggage or parcels. Guests who send items to the hotel do so at their own risk, as the hotel is not responsible for these items.

Kitchen Usage Policy

Cooking with ingredients that produce strong odors is not permitted in rooms. If additional cleaning is required due to strong odors, a cleaning fee of up to 55,000 yen will apply.

Parking Policy

Parking is available in front of the resort. By parking, guests assume all responsibility, and the hotel is not liable for any vehicle damage, accidents, or loss of property.

Accessibility

Our treehouse offers barrier-free access for wheelchair users to enjoy the deck. However, accommodations are limited to select occasions when the resort is open for general visits. Special event dates will be posted on our website and social media.

Guest Safety Policy

For guest safety, our staff does not disclose guest identities, room numbers, or presence on the property unless required by law enforcement. Guests are responsible for informing their visitors of their location. Security cameras are in use on the premises, and activities may be recorded.

Appendix 1

Breakdown of Accommodation Fees (Related to Article 2, Paragraph 1 and Article 12, Paragraph 1)

The total amount payable by the guest consists of the following Contents
Accommodation Fee This includes the basic accommodation fee, which covers the room charge and, if applicable, the charge for breakfast and other meals.
Additional Charges Any additional food and beverage costs, tours, merchandise, and other charges not included in the accommodation fee.
Consumption Tax: Applicable taxes on the total amount.
