Alcohol Policy
Alcohol brought into the fireside area, which is a restaurant inside the tree full, costs 2,500 yen per person. Soft drinks to the fireside area are prohibited. Guests can bring drinks freely into the Aerohouse.
Cleaning Policy
In line with its sustainable resort concept, the hotel does not exchange linens or towels during a guest's stay. If guests require new linens or towels, they should inform the staff.
Hot Water Usage
The hotel uses an eco-cute water heater that heats water using surplus electricity from the night. Guests can use approximately 450 liters of hot water per day. This system utilizes heat from the air via a heat pump unit, storing hot water in a tank. The eco-cute system is designed to be energy-efficient and uses renewable energy.
Payment System
Guests must prepay the basic accommodation fee using a credit card online. Guests can also make purchases of souvenirs in the hotel using a credit card.
Non-Smoking Policy, Damage, and Lost Items
The entire treehouse resort is a designated non-smoking area. Please use the designated smoking zones. Smoking in rooms or resort areas is prohibited, including the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and other electronic smoking devices. If evidence of smoking is found indoors or in restricted areas, a 55,000 yen penalty plus applicable tax will apply. Additionally, guests are liable for damages caused by smoking, misuse of BBQ facilities, or other actions leading to fires or property damage.
Guest Responsibility and Facility Care
Guests must handle all rooms, facilities, and furnishings with care. Any damage to rooms, buildings, or equipment should be reported to hotel staff immediately, and guests are responsible for repair or replacement costs. Damages may include repair fees, equipment costs, and travel expenses for replacements.
The damages set forth in this section include repair costs, equipment costs, and actual costs of round-trip taxi fares to stores where equipment is reprocured.
The Hotel will check the condition of the hotel's rooms, buildings and all facilities and furniture after the guest has checked out until another guest has checked in. If any damage to the Hotel specified in this section is found, the Hotel will request the Guest to compensate for such damage.
If guests notice pre-existing damage upon arrival, they should notify hotel staff immediately.
